The base of program is the online platform. All of our videos are uploaded here. We go step by step through details of floor prep, installation, top coating, etc. We cover as many details as possible, to help you be successful. Sales and marketing sections are in our online platform as well. We also include coaching with every purchase, so we can give personalized help and advice to you to apply what you learn.
We work with our starters to identify naturally occurring connections they already have to businesses in need and service providers in need, from which they can structure simple Pocket-size Partnerships™ to create their startups. From there, we teach you how to structure high profit deals, sell without being a salesperson, how to capitalize on your network to find even more recurring, paying clients.
Most of our students are interested in the installation side of things. We include the information we used to cover in a 2-day course, plus specific case studies, and videos of different jobs. We help answer specific job questions after on an individual basis. And we have ongoing Facebook Live sessions where students can ask questions and continue to learn.
Beginner to expert. You don't even have to know what kind of business you want to have. We will help you create one that can be highly profitable, which you are naturally passionate about.
This isn't my first business by any means. I've had a lot of trial and error in getting to where I am, plugs I've spent over $100K in Business school, business courses, installation courses, and more so I could become the best. And now I want to put everything I've learned into one single course.
Unlike a lot of other coaches or "gurus" out there, who only make money by teaching others how to make money, I've been very blessed to be highly successful within my own business, Tuple, where I have done and continue to do what I teach you to do within the 0 Dollar Startup.

But marketing and sales are an after thought when things are slow and installers don't know why they're not getting job. We designed Epoxy Empire as a full package to set our students up for success. Our students get the best install training - that goes beyond the classroom basics. They also get sales, marketing, and even assets to deploy in their business.
Instead of wearing all the hats as a business owner, (fulfillment and sales) which is what many other programs teach, I have a different, more streamlined approach.I show my starters how to find highly skilled service providers who are already within their networks, and broker highly profitable Pocketsize Partnerships™.Then my starters identify businesses in need of those services and broker deals that are a win-win-win relationship, where you make really good recurring monthly revenues while your service provider does great work for the businesses in need.
With the assets we give you in the training, you'll be able to get your ads live immediately, and start brining in leads. It's up to you, with how serious you are. But getting a job within a week of our training is not unrealistic at all.
It totally varies. Once you join the program, our on-boarding team will get you access to the trainings, course content and the accountability group. After that, you are able to work at your own pace to create your first few deals. We've had starters who dove right in, went through the trainings, applied what was taught and closed their first deals within 2 or 3 weeks, while others have taken more time.If you're hungry for results and want to get going fast, you could get your first deal within a week of joining the program. It's up to you!
